move, stop, repeat

late of the pier: the bears are coming! (original)

i have my first test on tuesday, so i've been enjoying music all night and pretending i don't see my textbook out of the corner of my eye. syke, i managed to take a few more notes and take pre and post-tests online.
my bed has been destroyed, no sheets or pillowcases and to be honest, i wouldn't have noticed if my mom didn't bring up how disgraceful it was to sleep like this. as of right now, i have 23 dollars to my name so who's tryna get nuts!? :(
this month will be pretty busy. i'm spending next weekend with kat and we're going to new york city to see santogold preform. we're meeting up with a bunch of heads from school so i'm stoked on it. the next weekend i'm going down to philly to see MGMT's sold out show. !!!
i spent most of last night, until around 4am hugging the toilet seat so it was a pretty good night. dare i say my tolerance of substances has gone down, and i'm kind of bummed. it will be back in due time, trust.

my mom and i have demo'd my house; we bought new carpets, stripped and painted the bathroom walls, and are waiting for the new fridge to arrive. she bought, seriously, like 15 gallons of paint but we're not sure exactly what we're going to paint yet. we're changing our kitchen door also, into one that is painted with chalkboard paint. it's going to be pretty phat.

as i hoped and suspected, the class is slowly taking away my boredom and is making time go by much faster. to my relief, july is almost over meaning august is right around the corner.
p.s. the mozzarella/tomato/pesto sandwiches at starbucks are suprisingly delicious. for $5.99 you can taste just what i'm talking about, which i guess may be kind of expensive, but worth it to me. of course, i may have just been starving (which i'm sure i was).

peace and psychopathology, see ya.
